Our ribs are so delicious that we named the restaurant for them. St Louis style ribs are seasoned to perfection, hickory smoked and lightly braised with our homemade BBQ sauce.

We offer a choice of entrée and two accompaniments. The following sauces are served over seasoned chicken breast.
Rich béchamel sauce with blackened seasoning, fresh spinach, mushrooms, and parmesan cheese.
White cream sauce with a hint of lime and Italian herbs, topped with fresh mango pico de gallo.
Swiss cheese sherry wine sauce with fresh spinach, tomatoes, and mushrooms.
Scampi butter sauce with diced sausage, red bell peppers, spinach, and onions.
Light white cream sauce featuring fresh rosemary and fresh thyme
Chicken Fried Steak
Angus USDA beef round, hand-breaded in our very own Rib Tickler seasoned flour, flash-fried.
Smoked Salmon
Hickory smoked Norwegian Atlantic Salmon, seasoned with lemon pepper, fresh basil, oregano, and Dijon mustard.
Appetizers
Large gulf shrimp stuffed with Monterey jack, cheese, mild jalapeño, wrapped in bacon, hand-breaded, flash-fried.
Pickled jalapeños stuffed with smoked brisket and cream cheese wrapped in hickory smoked bacon, hand-battered, flash-fried.
Whole wheat wrap filled with turkey, cream cheese, spinach, cranberries, polenta, and pecans all rolled and sliced into bite-sized rounds.
Pork, beef and parmesan cheese meatballs served in our Rib Tickler Dr. Pepper BBQ sauce.
